  • Certificates issued after course completion
  • One-on-one mentorship sessions attended

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  2. Include the reason for your refund request
  3. We will review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

5. Course Replacement

If you are dissatisfied with a course, we offer the option to switch to a different course within 7 days of enrollment, subject to availability and your progress in the current course.

6. Discount Codes

Refunds are based on the amount paid, not the original price. If you used a discount code or promotional offer, your refund will be calculated based on the discounted amount you paid.

7. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
